Reviewing Tomorrow's Manukau
In the last five years, Manukau has grown and developed. So too have our aspirations for our city.
Our city does not stand still and neither can Tomorrow’s Manukau. As we move forward, we must continually strive for improvement, incorporating our changing needs and expectations, and meeting the demands and challenges Manukau’s continued growth brings.
The next review of Tomorrow's Manukau is due to start in 2011, to identify community outcomes for the period 2012-2021.
Information about the process will be widely publicised. All Manukau residents will have the chance to identify the outcomes they’d like for their city.
The review will be an opportunity to reflect on the progress the city has made, consider the impact of various scenarios for future growth and development, and decide how the city should look and feel in 10 years time.
